Wheat Muffins

What you will need..
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/3 cup powdered milk (optional)
  • 1 egg
  • Small amount of oil
  • 2 cups cold water or milk
  • Small quantity of molasses to give the muffins a golden brown color (optional)
Mix wheat flower, baking powder and powdered milk in a bowl. After mixed add the egg, oil, water or milk, and molasses. Stir ingrediants together until well mixed. This should form a batter. Eat with honey or butter, if you want a sweater muffin add sugar. Makes about 16 muffins.
