Note on wheat cookies

I recently read that wheat cookies can be difficult to make. Because of the nature of wheat flour it can be hard to get them to rise properly. The cookies turn out more like thick brownies. To fix this problem it is recommended that you use part wheat floor and part white flour. Good luck!
