Crunch Wheat Bread

Here is an interesting Recipe I found. This recipe is from Australia. Just add all these to you Bread Machine and enjoy a tasty treat from down under.]
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 2 cup Whole-Wheat Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 5 tsp Honey
  • 5 tsp Molasses
  • 1/2 tsp Gluten
  • 2 tsp Applesauce
  • 1/2 cup Seeds (any kind, some poppy seads might be good)
  • 2 tsp Yeast
Note: If you are not using a bread machine, be sure to knead the dough and let rise for several hours. As with all 100% whole wheat breads this is necessary to allow enough air into the dough.
