Wheat Casserole
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. cooked wheat berries
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 med. onion grated
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1/4 c. fresh choped parsley ( 1 tsp dried)
