Banana Wheat Custard

  • 1 1/2 c. cooked wheat
  • 1/2 c. mashed banana
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. lemon rind grated
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 T. butter
  • Pinch salt

Mix all ingredients in baking dish. Place baking dish in pan of water and place in oven. Bake at 350° F for 40 to 50 minutes.
